Roll Labels

Roll labels are continuous label stock wound onto a core. They are designed to run through automatic label applicators and industrial dispensing machines. If you produce large quantities of the same product, this is the most efficient way to label them.

We supply roll labels in a range of materials. Matte paper gives a soft, premium feel that works well on wine bottles and craft products. Gloss paper is brighter and more vibrant, ideal for retail shelves where you need to grab attention. Clear polypropylene creates that no label look that people love on glass and transparent packaging. White vinyl is tough and moisture resistant, which is why it is the go to for industrial and outdoor use. And specialty foil stocks add a metallic finish that works well for luxury goods and limited editions.

Each material is available with permanent adhesive, removable adhesive, or ultra high tack for difficult surfaces like corrugated cardboard or recycled plastics. Standard roll dimensions range from 25 mm by 25 mm up to 200 mm by 300 mm. If you need something outside those sizes, we can custom make it.

Most of our roll label customers come from food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and industrial manufacturing. Food producers use them for sauce bottles, jars, and beverage containers. Pharma companies need compliant labels that stay legible through handling and storage. Industrial clients use weather resistant vinyl for equipment warnings, asset tags, and compliance markings.

Finish options include matte laminate for a soft touch feel, gloss laminate for high shine shelf appeal, and clear laminate when you want the label to disappear into the packaging. We can also add consecutive numbering or variable data for batch tracking and traceability.

Every roll label order includes a digital proof for your approval before we print. Standard turnaround is three to seven business days depending on volume. We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
