What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG files up to 20MB. For best results, provide vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) with embedded fonts, CMYK colour mode, and 3mm bleed on all sides.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
Standard quotes are generated instantly and emailed to you as a PDF. For custom volumes or specialty requirements, a sales rep will respond within 1 business day.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard pricing is per roll of 1,000 labels. Ordering more rolls brings the per-roll price down. For very small batches, please contact us directly for a custom arrangement.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes — contact our team directly to request a sample pack. We're happy to show you the material and finish quality before you place your first order.
Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?
Absolutely. We ship to all nine provinces via reliable courier partners. Delivery times vary by destination, but we'll confirm an ETA when your order is confirmed.
Can I get a digital proof before printing?
Always. We send a digital proof for your approval before any job goes to press. Nothing prints without your explicit sign-off.
