Custom Shaped Labels

Custom shaped labels are die cut to your exact brand shape. Circles, ovals, hexagons, bottle neck tags, burst shapes, or something completely original. If your product needs a label that fits its packaging rather than the other way around, this is the format to use.

We use precision steel rule dies to cut each label. The process gives you clean, consistent edges across the entire run. We can handle custom shapes up to 200 mm by 300 mm. Materials include matte and gloss paper, clear and white vinyl, metallic foil, and textured stocks. Each one is available with permanent, removable, or freezer grade adhesive.

Custom shapes are especially popular with premium and artisanal brands. Wine and spirits producers use foil blocked shapes for bottle neck seals and vintage labels. Food and beverage brands match unique bottle and jar contours. Security printing clients use custom tamper evident shapes that are hard to replicate.

We also offer kiss cut custom shapes on a liner. The label peels away cleanly from the backing sheet, which makes hand application fast. It is the preferred format for promotional stickers, product seals, and brand labels.

Finish options include matte laminate, gloss laminate, soft touch texture, spot UV, and hot foil stamping. Every custom shape order includes a digital proof for approval before production starts.
